ON-SITE TRAINING

Hi-Q Live Instructor

The Human Intelligence Sales Leadership™ curriculum tailored and delivered in-house. Best for larger groups at level 3 of the Hi-Q Success Path™.

Participant-centered Socratic delivery with use of real-world simulations to make the implementation of the training as close to “real life” as possible. 2-day onsite program for 20+ people with 2 instructors.

Mid-size and high growth teams who want to learn new emotional intelligence skills for effectiveness and execution of sales roles and customer engagement tasks in a group setting.

The training enhances understanding and key contributions of the individuals to produce effective team collaboration and overcome enduring barriers and challenges. The outcomes are typically high levels of trust and synergy and communication skills that are critical to high performing teams and measurable results both internally and externally.

virtual TRAINING

Hi-Q Virtual 

Blended approach in a series of 4-6 modules and delivered fairly quickly. For smaller, disparate team that due to timing or travel constraints find it difficult to gather in one location. 
This approach is like the in-house program, but all sessions are virtual instructor-led. The program schedule is tailored to the customer need, but it’s most often completed as a series of 3 to 4-hour sessions over one week.

Attendees follow the same curriculum as the In-house program. This program is a live virtual instructor- led program.

best suited for:

Smaller, mid-size, or high growth teams who want to learn new emotional intelligence skills for effectiveness and execution of shared mission and goals in a virtual setting.

The training enhances understanding and key contributions of the individuals to produce effective team collaboration and overcome enduring barriers and challenges. The outcomes are typically high levels of trust and synergy and communication skills that are critical to high performing teams and measurable results both internally and externally.

Hi-Q Blended 

This program offers asynchronous modules, exercises, case studies, and assignments coupled with a live instructor-led classroom and coaching sessions. This customized program is complete over four or nine weeks.

Attendees follow the same curriculum as the In-house program and can engage with the instructor in a live virtual classroom and coaching sessions. Virtual breakout sessions are used for exercises and simulations, and the capstone training session is either in-house or virtually.

Online sessions covering the Levels 1 and 2 of the Hi-Q Success Path™. The Hi-Q Success Path™ delivers a clear roadmap to excel, whether they are new to their role or simply want to learn the secrets of the Elite. 

Asynchronous learning provided via a learning management system, attendee’s progress through the lessons at a pace that works for them.

best suited for:

Smaller and Mid-sized companies and individuals who may be relatively new to the role and require Sales or Customer Engagement training to learn the fundamentals of performing in a sales role.

The outcomes are typically new emotional intelligence skills that prepare an individual with the prerequisite knowledge to participate on a team to maintain opportunities as well and new opportunities and become more proficient in the role.
