How do I enroll my team after my purchase?

Once you purchase seats for your team in one of our courses or events, you’ll receive a confirmation email with instructions within 1-4 minutes

If you don’t see this email in your inbox or junk mail folder, email us for next steps and your welcome guide.

Enrolling your team is easy, as we usually just need the following information for each of your team members:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address

How do I make sure my team stays on track?

When you purchase courses for your team, we provide an onboarding guide with simple tools, tips, and insights to reinforce their learning and ensure these new skills are naturally incorporated in your company culture and processes. This guide contains everything you need to keep your team on track as well as a process for onboarding future hires.   

We also host exclusive, student-only practice events throughout the year allowing your enrolled team members to reinforce best practices and build their confidence post-graduation.  

How do I share an idea or make new requests?

If you have an idea for a new roleplay or addition to one of our courses or events, we’d love to hear it!

How do I share my Hi-Q Group testimonial?

If one of our courses or events made a difference in your team or your journey, we’d love to share your story.

How do I access my course?

You can access your Hi-Q courses once you log into your account.

If you purchased the course for yourself, you’ll receive a welcome email with instructions within 1-2 minutes.

If you don’t find it within your inbox or junk mail, email us.

If your employer purchased the course on your behalf, your team will be enrolled after the onboarding process, which could take up to 5 business days. You’ll then receive instructions and login information.

How do I get the mobile app?

Download the free mobile app to watch courses and save your progress no matter where you are.

The mobile app is available on the App Store and on Google Play and is named after Kajabi, our LMS.

How do I report a bug or issue?

If you have any feedback or notice an error in your course, simply email us.

How do I share my graduation online?

After you complete your certification, you’ll receive an email within 1-3 business days with a special share link you can post on LinkedIn, Facebook or X (Twitter) to share the news!

If you can’t find it in your inbox (or junk mail folder), send us a message.

How do I add my certification badge on my LinkedIn profile?

It’s easy! We’ve partnered with Badgr to provide digital badges for your LinkedIn profiles and other graphics you can use to share your accomplishment with your professional network.

Once you graduate from one of our courses you’ll receive an email from Badgr with your unique badge and directions. If you need additional information, here is a handy guide.

How Do I Receive My PDU, PDH or PE Credits?

Once you have completed the course and passed with your certification, contact us for credit details.

Can I Place My Certification on my CV/Resume?

Yes! After you complete the program, you can add the experience to your CV/Resume. You can identify it as a ‘Certification’ or ‘Achievement’ using the name of the course you completed.

Do You Offer Referral Discounts For My Peers?

Yes! If you know someone that may benefit from this course, email us for a unique referral discount code they can use to enroll in an upcoming course! (Up to 6 Participants)
